The Bizpal Challenge Programme (2 hours per session) This is where the client is made to feel empowered to drill deep into their business activity and identify the issues which most affect its performance achieving a better clarity as to the “reality” of their business today.

The Bizpal Innovation Process (2 hours per session) This meeting follows on from the challenge meeting at a separate time and is designed to help the client to formulate potential solutions which are “Innovative” and which have been well thought through and properly focused to help maximise their affect.

The Bizpal Project Management Process. This helps the client to implement the activities required arising out of the Innovation session using, where agreed, Bizpal’s resources on a project by project basis, whether this be in Marketing products/services and or other business services.
